In this yoga space on a boat in Chelsea Harbour, Jo and David will be your hosts for a day of directing loving care on yourself.

We will guide you on a deep and harmonious journey of movement, intention setting and sound healing:

• Yin yoga accompanied with a specially composed crystal sound bath;
• Savasana incorporating individual sound healing and massage;
• Healthy lunch (vegan options);
• Individual tarot reading;
• Guided meditation with rose quartz
• Cacao ceremony with live harp;
• Somatic movement; and
• Gong Bath Duet.

Jo Culf aka The Gong Goddess travels the world with her gong. Recently returned from the Sacred Valley in Peru, where she collaborated with gong players to organise the London segment of the World Gong Event.

David Spofforth is a certified Sound Healer, trained with the Sound Healing Academy and Glastonbury Goddess Temple, specialising in Crystal Singing Bowl healing for individuals and groups. He plays Sound Baths as “Enlightenment of Sound” in London, Glastonbury and Lima and is also a long experienced Tarot reader.
