An afternoon of gratitude, cacao, creativity, ritual, intention setting and sound on our floating studio.
Come spend the afternoon with Jo and David for a special Sunday Sound Sanctuary.
Autumn is a natural time to pause, gather what we’ve grown, let go of what we no longer need and think about what we’d like to carry forward.
We’re creating an afternoon around exactly that. Come and mark the changing season with us
What are you ready to let go of, and what would you like to grow?
As summer begins to fade and the days become shorter, the Autumn Equinox gives us a natural opportunity to pause, take stock and find our balance.
Join us for a gentle afternoon of gratitude, cacao, creativity, ritual and sound — with space to let go of what you no longer need and create some intentions for the season ahead.
Arrive feeling busy or scattered.
Leave feeling lighter, grounded and clear about what comes next.
Gather
Arrive from 2pm, settle in and create a shared harvest altar.
Everyone brings something seasonal — a flower, leaf, fruit, vegetable, seed, branch or anything that represents autumn to them.
Give Thanks
Open with a gratitude practice and create your own gratitude list.
A chance to acknowledge what the summer has brought before moving into the next season.
Connect & Create
Cacao ceremony followed by an Equinox craft session.
A chance to be social, and creative together.
Release
A gentle letting-go ritual.
What are you ready to leave behind as you move into autumn?
Plant
After a meditative sound bath in our geodesic dome, explore your intentions for the coming season.
Rather than pushing ourselves to constantly achieve, we’ll look at how to balance rest with action — and consider which personal projects, ideas or dreams are worth planting seeds for now.
Oracle/tarot cards can offer another perspective and help support your autumn intentions.
Rest
Finish with a candle-lit gong bath.
No previous experience of cacao, meditation, tarot or ritual is needed, just come as you are.
A three hour experience 3-6pm on Sunday 27th September.
Spaces limited, so please book early.
