Tomorrow I am teaming up once again with my bestie and frequent sound collaborator, Jo Culf, the Gong Goddess at the Casita Yoga Studios in Battersea.

We’ll take you on a moving meditation through a specially designed labyrinth, supercharging and cleansing the 7 chakras. In the centre (the crown) we are open to a strong healing energy where we can manifest our intentions while receiving a chakra cleanse. Followed by a lovely, relaxing 2 person sound bath with crystal singing bowls and gong.
