On the night of the Super Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, I will be teaming up with Yin Yoga and Nidra teacher, Mary Schnorrenberg in a special two hour Sound and Yoga event.
I will be bathing you with sounds and harmonies of the Moon’s astrological patterns and planetary alignments, while Mary will weave a soothing journey of awareness back home to our bodies through breathwork and a creative yoga Nidra journey.
